Bakeri, Williamsburg, NY

 

This cozy artisan Bakery in trendy Williamsburg, Brooklyn, makes its own bread, simmers its own jams and churns its own butter.  Since it opening, the bakery is a brand name among locals and a prime location for coffee and fresh pastries.  The architectural design by Bruno|Kearny Architects envisioned a traditional German “Backstube” with wood interior and vintage vitrines and cabinets.
